1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them unless the context requires otherwise:

• "r8888", "we", "us", "our" refers to the r8888 platform and the internationally licensed gaming company that operates it.
• "Platform" means the r8888 website accessible at https://r8888.io, including all pages, sub-pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, and associated services.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with r8888 or otherwise accesses the Platform.
• "Account" means the unique registered profile created by a Player on the Platform, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and/or bonus credits held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive issued by r8888 to a Player subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum multiple of a Bonus amount that must be staked on eligible games before the Bonus or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures r8888 may conduct at any time in accordance with applicable compliance obligations.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all platform operations, settlement of bets, and promotional deadlines unless stated otherwise.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the r8888 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any supplemental rules applicable to specific games, sports markets, or promotional offers published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions form the complete agreement between you and r8888 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede any prior communications, representations, or agreements whether oral or written.

3 Eligibility and Registration

To register an Account with r8888 and access the Platform's betting and gaming services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. r8888 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all services and will verify age during the KYC process. Minors are strictly prohibited from using the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended r8888 Account. Only one Account per person, household, IP address, or device is permitted.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, consultant, or close family member of any employee of r8888 or its operating company.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the r8888 Platform or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any Balance.

r8888 may, at its sole discretion, decline any application for registration without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not disclose these credentials to any other person under any circumstances.

r8888 strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Accounts. You must notify r8888 immediately via the Live Chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account or if your login credentials have been compromised.

r8888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure, from your sharing of credentials with a third party, or from your use of an unsecured device or network.

r8888 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform sessions and uses device recognition technology to identify unusual login behaviour. Logins from unrecognised devices may trigger additional verification steps before access is granted.

5 Deposits and Payments

All r8888 Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). r8888 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits displayed in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction:

• bKash — minimum deposit ৳200
• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳200
• Rocket — minimum deposit ৳200
• Upay — minimum deposit ৳200
• Visa and Mastercard — minimum deposit ৳500
• Dutch-Bangla Bank and City Bank — minimum deposit ৳500

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. r8888 does not charge a fee for standard deposit transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges independently of r8888.

r8888 only accepts deposits made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as having originated from a third party may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

6 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their real-money Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being satisfied:

• The Account has passed all applicable KYC verification steps, including identity and age confirmation.
• All active Wagering Requirements associated with any Bonus credits in the Account have been fulfilled in full.
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold of ৳500 per transaction.
• The withdrawal is directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the r8888 Account holder.

r8888 aims to process the majority of withdrawal requests within 30 minutes of approval during standard operating hours (BST). Processing times may be extended in cases where additional KYC documentation is required or where r8888's compliance team flags a transaction for review.

r8888 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and payment method verification — before releasing any withdrawal of ৳10,000 or above, or where the Account has not previously completed enhanced verification.

r8888 does not charge a standard withdrawal fee. Fees levied by the recipient payment provider are outside r8888's control and are the responsibility of the Player.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

r8888 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal campaigns tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• A standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn, unless a lower or higher multiplier is stated on the specific promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated on the promotion. Bonus credits that expire before the requirement is met will be voided.
• Only eligible games contribute to wagering requirements. Live table games and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at a reduced percentage. Contribution rates are published on individual promotion pages.
• r8888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are issued to one Account per person, household, device, or IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus via multiple Accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account action.
• Cash balances and bonus balances are held separately. Real-money funds are played first; bonus funds are staked only once the real-money portion of the Account Balance reaches zero.

r8888 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any winnings derived from it if there is reasonable evidence that a Player has exploited a promotional offer in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.

8 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the r8888 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or sports market selected, as published within the Platform interface. General provisions applicable to all betting and gaming activity include:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. r8888 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after confirmation has been issued, except where provided for by specific in-play or cash-out rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that prevents the correct recording, processing, or settlement of a bet, r8888 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return the staked amount to the Player's Account.
• Sports betting markets are settled according to official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). r8888's settlement decision is final.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market. Current limits are displayed in the Platform interface at the time of placing a wager.
• r8888 reserves the right to void, limit, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets that appear to be placed in breach of these Terms or that constitute suspicious betting activity.

All casino games offered on r8888 — including live dealer titles from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, and other certified providers — use independently audited random number generators (RNG). Published RTP percentages reflect theoretical long-run return and individual session results will vary.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the r8888 Platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below will be treated as a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account with or without their consent.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point thereafter.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or betting market.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets based on insider knowledge of a predetermined sporting outcome.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or software vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid verification thresholds, or using the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate entertainment and sports wagering.
• Depositing or wagering funds that are derived from illegal activity of any kind.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward r8888 staff or other Platform users via any communication channel.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the r8888 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of r8888 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of r8888.

11 Privacy and Data

r8888 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and is available in full at r8888.io/privacy-policy.

By registering an Account, you consent to r8888 processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of Platform services. r8888 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

r8888 may be required to disclose account and transaction information to competent authorities in connection with lawful requests, legal proceedings, or anti-money-laundering obligations. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of these Terms or of the Privacy Policy.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, r8888 and its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if r8888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

r8888's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

r8888 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond r8888's reasonable control (including internet outages, force majeure events, or third-party service failures) may temporarily affect Platform availability. r8888 shall not be liable for losses arising from such interruptions.

13 Responsible Gaming

r8888 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. The following tools are available to all registered Players via their Account settings at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Increases to existing limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; reductions take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic on-screen notifications that alert you when a specified session duration has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During this period you will not be able to log in, deposit, or wager.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and exclude yourself from r8888 for a minimum period of 6 months or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion term.

Amendments take effect on the date specified in the notice, which shall be no less than 7 days after notification except where changes are required urgently for legal or regulatory compliance reasons, in which case they may take effect immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which r8888's operating company is incorporated.

In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact r8888 customer support in the first instance. r8888 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement through the internal process, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause prevents r8888 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
